Huawei Inc. has finally released their latest flagship model named Huawei Honor 8 in Pakistan and it’s now available on all Huawei stores and in the market also. The Honor series of Huawei is known for the affordable mid range phones with elegant design and high end specs. Huawei Honor 8 seems to prove that things true because of its elegant design, beautiful look and pretty good spec in this price range. Hardware & Design of Honor 8:
Huawei Honor 8 features a beautiful 5.2” 1080p(1920 x 1080) display panel with the on-screen button on the bottom which can be relocated in the setting which means the back button can be relocated either on the left side or the right depending upon your choice. The bottom of honor 8 contains Huawei logo and on the sides it has 2.5D glass. On the upper portion of honor 8 it has front facing camera, a notification LED light, an ear piece and some sensors as well.
The huawei Honor 8 has a 12 MP dual lens setup, a noise cancelation Microphone, an LED flash and above all a finger print scanner which can also perform other functionality. You can tap it once, twice or press and hold to perform different types of functions. On the bottom side you have Honor branding.
If we talk about the hardware of the huawei honor 8 it contains Huawei’s own processor which is Kirin 950 octa-core chipset with two variant in 32 GB and 64 GB but in both variants RAM will be 4GB. The Huawei Honor 8 will be loaded with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow and with huawei’s custom Emotion UI on the top. Honor 8 is a Dual SIM device with one default slot for SIM and second hybrid slot for Nano SIM /Micro SD.
Camera:
Huawei Honor 8 has the same camera as the Huawei P9 which is developed by the collaboration of Huawei and Leica. It is a dual lens camera setup and one camera simple take the monochrome shots and the other one is a regular camera lens. This is because the monochrome lens captured more light than the regular lens. The only drawback of the camera is that it record only 1080p video and does not record 4K video. The front facing shooter of Huawei Honor 8 is 8MP which is also capable of recording 1080p videos and also can some good selfies.
Battery and Price:
Huawei Honor 8 have a battery of 3000 mAh with fast charging supported with which you can charge your honor 8 up to 47 % in just 30 minutes. It uses the reversible USB type-C port which seems to be normal these days.
Internationally this phone has launched in $399 for the 32 GB variant but in Pakistan honor 8 is priced at rupees 48499of 32 GB variant which means it is almost Rs. 8499 higher than international price.
Huawei Honor 8 is available in pearl white, midnight black, gold and sapphire blue colors and you can pick according to your choice among these colors.
