It has an HDR-ready screen, an upgraded S Pen, four powerful speakers also a stunning keyboard. It is equal to a perfect laptop which u need to buy. It costs $600. It was released on March 24, 2017 in US. And on March 31, 2017 in UK.

Apple and Samsung Tablets Comparison

If you are an IPad user, so you should try this Galaxy tablet S3. It has identical dimensions and its little bit lighter. They both have the same size and resolution. It successfully play the part of the best Android tablet than the Apple’s tablet. Apple doesn't have S Pen but the Samsung is offering Stylus and a separate keyboard. It is the best travel-friendly 2 in 1 tablet.

Display

It has better brightness and contrast ration, 9.7-inch QXGA super AMOLED (2048 x 1536), 13MP rear camera + 5MP front camera. Its Glass design is very elegant and it is metal tablet design. It is more comfortable to hold than the other tablets. The best change was a new sports glass back panel in black or silver. Your sweat marks of fingers is vanished now due to Gorilla glass back. The device has no edges and round corners. The main problem is that you have to purchase a back case to protect from scratches due to glass back.

There is a home button under the display, which is doubles as a fingerprint scanner. Total four speakers are on board, and power and volume buttons are on right side, and a dedicated port for the keyboard. Headphone jack  and USB port are placed at the bottom. The only mistake is that, there is no slot to hold the stylus, which will be a great difficulty for the users.

Stylus S Pen

It is bigger and easier to hold. All S Pen tools are here like create a doc, cropped or screenshots and screen write. There are three more functions: translate, magnify and glance. Hand writing is much better than before. It has a coloring book like PEN.UP and more in the Google playstore. But no slot for the Stylus.

Separate Keyboard Option

Samsung’s Galaxy tablet S3 offered a new separate keyboard which doesn’t require charging or pairing. It is much expensive but with a complete set of tablet, it becomes a cheap laptop. Keys are perfectly designed and are also soft but there are no Function keys along the top and also no home-button but a fingerprint home sensor. Keyboard folds good, Samsung gives a back cover for free. That is a big plus for it because Apple’s iPad Pro keyboard cover only front screen not the aluminium.

There is no need of Bluetooth charging or pairing because keyboard has six Pogo pins on the top row of keys, and these magnetically clip to the Tab S3’s side frame. They have their own version of Smart Connector.
