Major telecommunication companies including China unicom,
China telecom, china mobile, is going to
launch 5g pilot project in different
cities like Shanghai, Changqing, Nanjing, Suzhou, Beijing this year. Xinhua news agency reported on Wednesday.
These all telecom companies build their own
based stations and launch different type of applications like smart cities,
autonomous driving and smart homes. They all based on the 5g network.
In the very next step, the 5g pilot project
programs will be enlarge to another more big cities in china provinces
including Hainan, Shanxi, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hainan and Hebei.
This step will be more helpful for china in
developing the 5g Standard. All over the world Japan, South Korea, China, and
United Kingdom have set targets for
commercial launch till 2020. They are fully determined to complete their project.
In Asia Pakistan becomes first country to test
5g
Anusha Rehman is a Minister of
Telelecommunication and information technology said that Pakistan would become
the first country in Asia to test latest technology 5g.
Government would start preparations for the
introduction of 5G in the year 2021 and declare that Pakistan would be the
first country who will new technology ahead of all other Countries.
She explain the details of broadband users in
the country had increased with the large medium as 3.7 million to 44 million
within four years. So now with the 5g
networks, we can modify entire industries and can manage critical
national framework.
5G Network
Even experts are still not decided what is exact
meaning of 5g, it is a technology of Game changer because with the use of 3g
users can download a large medium of
data very fast and withing seconds. 5g is a fastest data network in the next
era of development. 5G speed is thousand
times better and faster than other LTE data transfer speeds.
According to ministry’s spokesperson, the 4g
licence was sold after tax in $330 million.
