Google is launching its Google Pixel 2 , reviews, Specifications, Price you just need to know

Google is now going to compete with famous smart phones like Samsung and Apple, Google Pixel and the larger Google Pixel XL are two high-end mobile phones, targeting at the same market as the Iphone 7 and the SamsungS8. It will launch in Oct 2017, and will cost about $749.

Google Pixel was good and scoring high in our reviews, but there are some areas in which they were not good as they should be. But hopefully, Google will learn from its mistake and will try to make the Pixel 2 much better.

Last year, Google launched its phones Pixel and Pixel XL in Oct 2016, so it is very expected that they will launch their new Pixel 2 in Oct 2017. Pixel series is new but hopefully they will follow the Nexus range which launched in Oct or Sept of each year.

Code-Name "Taimen"

Google has given a code-name to its mobile “Taimen” and it size could be big upto 6” inches. Google wanted the same screen for the Nexus 6 because the big screen is a trend now a days.

Code-Name "Welleye"

Google is launching an other phone code-name is “Welleye” with “Taimen”. It is comparatively small having a 5-inch display with full HD 1080p resolution. Google is also trying to remove the headphone jack, but would include stereo speakers.

Display Features

Google Pixel 2 would have  a curved display as they ordered for curved OLED screens to LG Display Company for Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. They will have a corning gorilla glass 5. Screen resolution of 1440 X 2560 pixels. Camera 12.3 MP of phase detection and laser auto-focus, dual-LED flash with 8 MP front camera. It would have a Super wide screen aspect ration of  18:9.

Internal Features

This phone would carry the Snapdragon 835 chip (1.9 GHz) by the famous Qualcomm and 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB to 128 GB internal memory and strong benchmark scores.

Google offers a unique designs. They are not  the thinnest nor the lightest, much durable body. Google is also going to offer the features of fingerprint scanning and water resistance in the latest Taimen and Welleye that will surely compete the Samsung, Sony and Apple phones.
