Google has finally released the android nougat 7.0 before few days and it is a quite a nice thing to use. Android 7.0 nougat isn’t just a dramatic visual overhaul as we have seen in the Lollipop two version before the Nougat. Google has added this time some very useful and handy features in the Android 7.0 Nougat and this is not actually the case of addition just but Google Android Nougat is come with more refinement and improvements over the Android Marshmallow. Multi Window Support :
The most highlighted feature in my opinion of Android Nougat 7.0 is the Multi window support which means that you can now open up two different apps on your Nexus device or Tablet. This is the most awaited update of the android lovers about multi tasking.

This feature was first available on Samsung and LG phones as they have added this feature to their skins in their phone lang time ago but now Google is adding this feature to their software and this is very easy to launch. To launch the multi window on android 7.0 simply press the recent apps button on the navigation bar.

Direct Reply Notifications:

Now you need not to move from your current window in order to reply of you incoming message now you can reply to your message directly through the notifications that come to your screen. Apple has introduced this feature in the IOS 8 with the name of Quick Reply, but the Apple’s message strictly worked for the i-messaging app only.

Android is now opening up the  direct reply notifications not only for Hangouts but any other third party app like Whatsapp can take advantage to this feature in the Android Nougat 7.0

New Quick Setting Menu Layout:

Google has introduced a new lay out for the quick settings menu lay out in the android Nougat 7.0.  Now you have to swipe downward one time only to view your quick notification toggles i.e Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Airplane Mode etc. One more good news is that the icons are small and unobstructed and it leaves room for the notifications to appear.

The stock android users can also be happy to know that the quick toggles icon can be sorted as per your liking as you can do in all other android smartphones but finally sorting is up to you and your needs.

Grouping the notifications:

Google has introduced another new feature in their newest Version of android the all the notification now grouped if they are from the same application. In order to see all notification you just swipe with two finger or tap the expansion button.

For example all your message from a messaging app are bundled in the same notification shade and you can expand these notification via two finger swipe to see the individual messages.
Android user now have more control over the notification by making silence the next notification by long pressing the notification or can permanently off the notification from a particular app.

Doze mode 2.0:

Doze mode was the sleeper hits of the android marshmallow. Google’s crafty way of saving battery life when the mobile screen is turned off.

Now with the android Nougat Google is taking a step up with the Doze Mode 2.0 which will limits the background task when the phone screen is turned off.

It means when you put your smartphone in your pocket and took out next day or next week without having to recharge it right away.
